Purchases

If you purchase digital products, subscriptions or premium features, transactions may be processed by platforms such as Google Play.

Tikizia Games may receive transaction identifiers, purchase status and information necessary to provide purchased features. We do not receive your complete credit card information from Google Play.

Technical and diagnostic information

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve our products, such as:

• Device and operating system information

Tikizia Games does not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate our services, including with service providers, when required by law, to protect users or our services, or when you intentionally share information with another player through a game feature.

5. Connected Players

Some Tikizia Games products are designed around interaction between players.

Certain information, responses or gameplay results may therefore be visible to another player when that visibility is part of the game experience.

We aim to make these interactions clear within the relevant product.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain account functionality, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, protect our services and enforce our terms.

When an account is deleted, account-associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized unless limited information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or financial-record purposes.

Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups as part of normal backup and disaster-recovery processes.

Users may request deletion of their Tikizia Games account and associated account data.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Tikizia Games products are not directed to children under 13.

Individual games may have additional age requirements depending on their content and features.

10. International Users

Tikizia Games is operated from Costa Rica. Depending on the services used to provide our products, information may be processed or stored in other countries.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our games, services or legal obligations change.
